Remedy Entertainment's free Anniversary Update for Alan Wake 2, launching October 22nd, includes significant accessibility improvements. The developers expressed gratitude to the fanbase, acknowledging their ongoing support since the game's release.
This free update, released alongside The Lake House expansion, introduces a wealth of features. New accessibility options include infinite ammo and one-hit kills. PS5 players will experience enhanced DualSense functionality, with haptic feedback integrated into healing and throwable item use. Horizontal axis inversion is also added.
The update also incorporates numerous quality-of-life (QoL) enhancements based on player feedback. Remedy highlights their continued work on the game, including the development of both expansions, Night Springs and The Lake House.
