Apple Arcade's August update is smaller than usual, but packs a punch with three significant additions, including a Vision Pro title.
Leading the charge is Vampire Survivors+, a critically acclaimed bullet-hell game that redefined the genre. While other mobile titles like Survivor.io preceded it, Vampire Survivors+ stands out as a top contender. It launches August 1st.
Next up is Temple Run: Legends, a fresh take on the classic endless runner. This iteration introduces a compelling storyline, character progression, and over 500 levels alongside the traditional endless mode. Also arriving August 1st.
Rounding out the trio is an enhanced version of the existing Castle Crumble. This update introduces a spatial experience specifically designed for Apple Vision Pro, allowing players to interact with the physics-based destruction in a truly immersive way.
A Strong Showing for Apple Arcade
Despite the smaller number of overall titles, this month's update is substantial. The inclusion of a BAFTA-winning game, a revamped classic, and expanded Vision Pro support makes it a noteworthy release.
