The Emergence mission in Black Ops 6, a pivotal point in the acclaimed campaign, presents a unique challenge unlike anything seen before in the series. This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough to conquer this demanding mission.

Navigating the Kentucky BioTech Facility

The mission begins with a dramatic elevator malfunction, leaving you disoriented and hallucinating in a toxic environment. Your journey starts with finding a locked door (indicated by a red light). Use a hatchet found on a mannequin to force it open. Proceed through the hallway and ascend the stairs to an elevator in the central area.

The elevator ride triggers a zombie encounter (hallucinatory effects of the toxic gas). Eliminate these enemies using your hatchet. A ringing phone at a circular desk provides your next objective: the biotechnology room, requiring four director's cards (Red, Green, Blue, Yellow). You'll initially receive a map leading to the Yellow card.

Securing the Yellow Card and Grappling Hook

Follow the map's directions to a yellow staircase. Solve the computer puzzle in the Director's office (answers: "Access" and "Lift") to access the A.C.R. room. More zombies await; dispatch them with your hatchet.

The yellow card is held by a mannequin that transforms into an abomination upon approach. Before engaging, gather armor plates, weapons, and crucially, the grappling hook from the surrounding area. Use tactical explosives (C4 or grenades) to efficiently eliminate the abomination and its zombie horde. Retrieve the Yellow card from the abomination's remains.

Acquiring the Green Card

Use the grappling hook to navigate back to the main facility. The next objective is the Green Card, located in the Administration Facility. Reach it via a grappling point to the left of the elevator. Answer the ringing phone and locate four documents to place in the file display area. Maneuvering through this section requires quick movement to avoid the pursuing mannequins that freeze when you turn. The documents are located:

• On a desk in the corner.
• Near a round table on the left.
• On a small central table near a noticeboard.
• In the cafe near a sink.

After placing the documents, a red mannequin attacks. Subdue it repeatedly with the grappling hook until it transforms into a Mangler Zombie. Defeating it grants you the Green Card.

Obtaining the Blue Card

Grapple across from the Administration balcony to the Joint Projects Facility. Answer the phone, then locate the Blue Card within a glass chamber surrounded by camera stands. A mimic will appear; lure it out by shooting moving objects to trigger its transformation and eliminate it to claim the Blue Card.

Retrieving the Red Card

Head to the East Wing, following the red carpets to a room with water, a console, and a Mangler. Interact with the console to reveal the Red Card. Use the grappling hook to reach the upper area, then swim through a red tunnel behind the Mangler. Climb the ladders, eliminate zombies, and unlock a door using a blacklight-revealed code. Activate a timer and quickly turn all drain switches (within 25 seconds) in the designated areas, using the grappling hook to access the final switch. After draining the water, pursue the Mangler, defeat it and its zombie horde to secure the Red Card.

Confronting the Disciple

Insert all four cards into the security desk. Take the elevator to the top floor. A cinematic will lead to a final confrontation with the Disciple and a horde of zombies. Overcoming this final challenge concludes the mission.
