After welcoming Jasmine to Dreamlight Valley, daily conversations and gifts boost your friendship to Level 2, unlocking her first quest, "The Enchanted Flower."
The Enchanted Flower (Friendship Level 2)
Jasmine's mysterious note, detailing Enchanted Pots of Blooming, leads you to Merlin. He reveals the seeds are in the Dreamlight Library. Retrieve them, and Jasmine recalls a forgotten memory.
Craft three Enchanted Pots of Blooming (15 Soil and 5 Dream Shards each). Place daisies and penstemons in the pots according to the book on Jasmine's vanity ("daisies need sun, penstemons prefer shade"). This blooms the Enchanted Flower, revealing a locked diary. This concludes the quest.
A Sandy Competition (Friendship Level 4)
Jasmine reveals the need for a Special Starfish, prompting a sandcastle competition with Maui. Craft a Sandcastle Kit:

Combine your creations with Jasmine's Castle Centerpiece, place them on Dazzle Beach, and win the competition. Craft the Beach Key and unlock the first lock on the diary.
Hot and Cold (Friendship Level 7)
A seashell engraving leads to the second lock, a snowflake. Elsa's cave holds a chest, protected by ice. Photograph sun and snowflake symbols in Sunlit Plateau and Frosted Heights respectively to melt the ice.
Sun locations: Sunlit Plateau rocks, Scar's alcove, Forgotten Lands entrance rocks (x2), Forgotten Lands base. Snowflake locations: Elsa's cave ramp, Elsa's cave back wall, Olaf's cave river, Olaf's cave corner, Forest of Valor river.
Retrieve the Ice Key, unlock the diary, and recover the Enchanted Flower from Mother Gothel. This completes the quest.
