Excluding bathhouse encounters, six romantic interests await Henry. Most offer fleeting encounters, while others feature more substantial storylines.

One-Night Stands

Doubravka: During the "Wedding Crashers" main quest, speak to Doubravka's mother near the courtyard entrance. She'll request you dance with her daughter. Select these dialogue options: "Don't worry about the people," "You dance like an elf," and "I see. Let's go then." This triggers a romantic encounter.

Black Bartoush: In Trosky Castle during the "For Victory!" quest, speak with Black Bartoush. Choose: "I reckon I know what you're getting at," and "Shall we spend the rest of the evening alone?"

Johanka: Also during "For Victory!", speak to the widow Johanka. Select these options: "I'll be glad to tell you what happened," "It was a lovely day for bathing," "They almost killed us," and "I think I can convince you."

Lousy Mary: In Kuttenberg City, after completing "Into the Underworld," speak with Lousy Mary and suggest a drink.

Bathhouse Ladies: Major towns and settlements have bathhouses. Paying for their services provides clean clothes and the "Time Well Spent" buff (+1 Strength, Agility, and Vitality). This buff is gained from any romantic encounter, not just bathhouse ladies.
Romancing Klara
Klara's romance involves a more complex questline. During the "Back in the Saddle" main quest, after the duel with Michael, speak with Klara and mention the knights. She'll invite you herb picking.
Choose: "I can't say no to a comely lady," and "I think she's called Klara."
Continue the main quest until the pistol tutorial. Help Klara at the jail cells (persuade the guard or fight him). Agree to treat the prisoners Mark and Zwerk, using Schnapps and bandages. For Mark, provide Schnapps and a bandage; for Zwerk, add wine and Chamomile Brew. Finally, visit Klara at her house.
