Albion Online's Rogue Frontier Update: Smugglers, New Weapons, and More!

Sandbox Interactive's medieval fantasy MMORPG, Albion Online, is getting a major update – Rogue Frontier – on February 3rd! This first major update of the year introduces exciting new features and content.

Life in the Outlands: Smugglers' Dens and the Smugglers' Network

Rogue Frontier centers around a group of rebels, the Smugglers, who've established a presence in the Outlands, escaping the Royal Continent's strict laws. They operate from secret underground hideouts – Smuggler's Dens – which serve as hubs for banking, repairs, and expedition planning. These dens are interconnected via the Smugglers' Network, a sophisticated marketplace system spanning the Outlands.

Players can actively participate in the ongoing conflict between the Smugglers and the Royal Guards. Missions include rescuing captured Smugglers and delivering contraband within Smuggler Crates.

Rewards for Loyalty: Exclusive Items and Kill Trophies

Maggy Slade, a mysterious trader found in the Smuggler's Dens, offers unique rewards for player loyalty. These include a Smuggler's Vanity Set, a Smuggler's Cape (with a potion cooldown reduction ability), a Smuggler's Ring, and an Avatar.

Rogue Frontier introduces Kill Trophies, dropped by defeated players. The better the loot on the defeated opponent, the higher the chance of obtaining a Kill Trophy.

New Weapons: Style and Power Combined

The update also boasts stylish new weaponry:

• Rotcaller Staff: Summons a mist that repels enemies.
• Skystrider Bow: Allows levitation and ranged attacks from above.
• Forcepulse Bracers: Unleashes shockwaves during dashes.
