Crunchyroll and A Plus Japan are collaborating on a mobile game based on the popular anime series, Overlord. This turn-based RPG, titled Lord of Nazarick, is slated for global release.
Android users can expect Lord of Nazarick to launch in December 2024, coinciding with the theatrical release of Overlord: The Sacred Kingdom in the U.S. and Canada. While a precise release date remains unannounced for EMEA and Latin America regions (Crunchyroll holds distribution rights there), pre-registration is open on the Google Play Store. The game will be free-to-play.
Game Features:
Inspired by Momonga's journey in the Overlord anime, Lord of Nazarick offers players fresh, canon storylines. Experience dynamic gameplay featuring roguelite dungeons, boss battles, and engaging mini-games. Recruit over 50 characters from the anime, including the Guardians and Pleiades, and explore iconic locations such as the Great Tomb of Nazarick and Carne Village. Cooperative and player-versus-player (PvP) modes are also included.
