This month, mobile 4X strategy game The Battle of Polytopia will make esports history with its first-ever Tesla-exclusive tournament. Two Tesla owners will compete head-to-head at the OWN Valencia digital entertainment event in Spain, utilizing their vehicles' onboard entertainment systems.
This isn't as unusual as it might seem. Tesla CEO Elon Musk is a known fan of The Battle of Polytopia, and the strong loyalty among Tesla owners creates a unique community.
The tournament will be hosted by Spanish gaming personalities Revol Aimar and BaleGG, directly on the Teslas' in-car touchscreens. Tesla's infotainment system is known for its extensive game library, particularly mobile titles.

While this likely won't signal a widespread shift to Tesla-based esports, it's a noteworthy event. The passionate community surrounding Tesla ownership mirrors the dedication seen in classic car enthusiasts.
