Valheim: All Merchant Locations %v

This guide details how to locate and utilize the three merchants in Valheim: Haldor (Black Forest), Hildir (Meadows), and the Bog Witch (Swamp). Their locations are procedurally generated, making them challenging to find without assistance.

Finding Valheim's Merchants

Valheim's merchants offer valuable items to aid your survival. Their locations, however, are randomized within specific biomes. While exploration is key, using the Valheim World Generator (created by wd40bomber7) significantly simplifies the search by revealing merchant coordinates based on your world seed.

Haldor (Black Forest Merchant)

Haldor, often found within 1500m of the world's center, is the easiest to locate. He's typically near The Elder's spawn point (often indicated by glowing ruins in Burial Chambers). Once found, build a portal for easy access. He accepts gold, readily obtained by selling gems and other materials.

Hildir resides in the Meadows, typically further from the world center (3000-5100m radius). The Valheim World Generator is recommended. A T-shirt icon appears on the map when you're nearby. She offers clothing with stamina reduction buffs and quests rewarding access to additional inventory.
