Marauder Tech Games launches the open alpha test of its tactical medieval fantasy game, Price of Glory: War Strategy. This turn-based strategy game features head-to-head duels set in a harsh, visually stunning medieval world.
Gameplay:
The game unfolds across diverse and challenging landscapes—deserts, forests, and volcanic arenas. Players strategically advance and position their troops, making crucial tactical decisions to protect their stronghold and overcome enemy defenses. Choose from various factions and units, including scouts for reconnaissance, knights for direct assaults, and healers for support. Asynchronous gameplay with a 24-hour turn limit allows for careful planning, while a fast-paced blitz mode offers five-minute battles.
Game Modes:
Price of Glory caters to all play styles. A low-stakes skirmish mode lets players experiment with strategies. For competitive players, tournaments with single-elimination brackets and attractive prizes are available. Free-to-play salt tournaments offer a chance to earn salt crystals (by watching ads or completing tasks) to enter cash tournaments with real money prizes.
Resource Management:
Animo is the in-game resource for recruiting, moving, attacking, and activating special unit abilities. Limited Animo per turn adds a layer of strategic depth to every decision, especially in player-versus-player encounters.
Availability:
The open alpha test is currently live on the Google Play Store for Android users in North America and Oceania.
