Rockstar Games “Raises the Bar Again” with GTA 6

In a recent interview with YouTube channel GTAVIoclock, former Rockstar Games developer Ben Hinchliffe shared his perspective on the upcoming *Grand Theft Auto VI*. Hinchliffe, a contributor to several Rockstar titles including *GTA VI*, *GTA V*, *Red Dead Redemption 2*, and *L.A. Noire*, offered a glimpse into the game's development.

Discussing the game's progress, Hinchliffe stated he was privy to significant aspects of the content, story, and overall evolution. He expressed confidence in the final product, highlighting the changes and improvements made since his departure. He emphasized the significant evolution from earlier versions.

Rockstar Games unveiled the official GTA VI trailer last year, showcasing the protagonists, Vice City setting, and a glimpse into the crime-filled adventure. Scheduled for release in Fall 2025 exclusively for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, information about the game has been carefully controlled. However, Hinchliffe described GTA VI as a significant advancement for Rockstar, raising the bar once more.

He noted the consistent evolution in Rockstar's games, pointing to increased realism in character behavior and interactions across each iteration. He believes GTA VI continues this trend, setting a new standard.
