TouchArcade Rating:
Following the successful mobile launch of Coromon, TRAGsoft's acclaimed monster-collecting game, a roguelite spin-off is on the horizon. Coromon: Rogue Planet (Free), slated for release next year on Steam, Switch, iOS, and Android, promises a thrilling blend of turn-based combat and roguelite gameplay. This exciting combination aims to deliver an endlessly replayable monster-collecting experience. The Steam page highlights key features including 10 ever-changing biomes, 7 playable characters, over 130 monsters, and much more. Check out the official announcement trailer below:
The original Coromon is a free-to-play mobile title. It will be interesting to see how Coromon: Rogue Planet performs on mobile, and whether its release coincides with the Steam and Switch versions. You can wishlist Coromon: Rogue Planet on Steam now. While I haven't played Coromon recently, Coromon: Rogue Planet's gameplay sounds incredibly appealing. Based on the Steam screenshots, it seems perfectly suited for quick pick-up-and-play sessions. In the meantime, you can download the original Coromon for free on iOS. What are your thoughts on Coromon: Rogue Planet so far? Have you played the original Coromon?
