"Shining Revelry Expansion Coming Soon to Pokemon TCG Pocket"

My interest in Pokemon TCG Pocket tends to ebb and flow. I dive deep into the game whenever a new set is released and stay engaged as long as there are Emblems to earn by achieving around 40 wins. Once that's done, my routine shifts to logging in daily to open packs, participate in a Wonder Pick for fun, and then I move on until the next day. This cycle is set to repeat with the arrival of the latest expansion, Shining Revelry, on March 27th.

Shining Revelry is bringing 110 new cards into the mix for TCG Pocket, featuring a variety of new Ex Pokemon, Trainer cards, and the stunning art cards that fans adore. The highlight of this expansion is undoubtedly the inclusion of Shiny Pokemon, which are special color variants of our favorite creatures. For instance, you'll see Lucario sporting a striking yellow hue instead of its usual blue, and Pachirisu adorned with a charming pink stripe.

The trailer, which you can view below, offers a tantalizing glimpse of what's to come. A new Shiny Charizard Ex is introduced, boasting 180 HP and a powerful attack named Steam Artillery that inflicts 150 damage but requires a hefty five energy to use. Thankfully, its other move, Stoke, lets you attach three Fire Energy at once, making it a bit more manageable.

Another notable addition is the Lucario Ex, which previously played a supporting role in the Space-Time Smackdown expansion. This time, it's geared up for direct combat with 150 HP and an attack called Aura Sphere. This move delivers 100 damage for three Fighting Energy and also hits one of your opponent's Benched Pokemon for an additional 30 damage.

The trailer also teases other cards that, while not game-changers, are still delightful additions. Shiny versions of Wiglett, Pachirisu, and Varoom are on the way, looking absolutely fabulous. Additionally, there's a stunning Tatsugiri art rare that I'm eager to add to my digital collection.
