1. Launch the Bring & T Update App: Begin by opening the Bring & T update app on your device.

3. Select Your Digital Key: From the list that appears, select your digital key identified by the code “BR_xxxxxxxx”. If your digital key does not appear in the list, tap the [Search again] button to refresh the list and locate your key.

4. Review Software Versions: Upon selecting your digital key, the app will display both the current software version of your digital key and the version to which it will be updated.

5. Initiate the Update: Confirm that you are ready to proceed by pressing the “Your device is correct” button. At this point, the lamp on your digital key will start blinking purple for about 10 seconds. During this time, press the button on your digital key briefly for 0.5 seconds to confirm the update.

6. Monitor the Update Process: After initiating the update, the lamp on your digital key will change from purple to blue, indicating that the software update is in progress.

7. Complete the Update: Once the update is finished, the lamp will stop blinking, and you can click “Close” to exit the app.

8. Maintain Proximity: Remember, the digital key software update is performed wirelessly, so keep your digital key close to your device throughout the process.

9. Ensure Sufficient Battery: The update process, which takes about 2-3 minutes, cannot be stopped once it starts. Make sure your digital key has enough battery power before beginning the update.

10. Troubleshooting: If the update process halts or you encounter an error, close the app and restart it to try again.

11. Registration Requirement: Note that software updates are only available for registered digital keys. If your digital key is not registered, you will not be able to update its software.
