Real-Time Driving Status and Data Collection System for eTAS Integration

Main Functions:

1. Real-Time Current Location Display:

   • The system continuously monitors and displays the vehicle's current location in real-time on a digital map interface. This feature ensures that drivers and fleet managers can track the vehicle's position at any given moment, enhancing operational efficiency and safety.

2. Notification of Dangerous Driving Behavior:

   • Utilizing advanced algorithms, the system identifies and alerts drivers of potentially dangerous driving behaviors such as sudden braking, sharp turns, or excessive speed. Notifications are sent through the in-vehicle display and, if connected, to a mobile device via Bluetooth, promoting safer driving practices.

3. Automatic eTAS Submission and History Inquiry:

   • The system automatically compiles and submits driving records to the electronic Travel Authorization System (eTAS) at regular intervals or upon completion of a trip. Users can also access historical data through the system's interface, allowing for easy review and analysis of past driving records and compliance with travel regulations.

4. Automatic Collection of Operation Record Data and History Inquiry:

   • All operational data, including start and end times, routes taken, and driving behavior metrics, are automatically collected by the DTG. This data is stored securely and can be reviewed at any time, providing comprehensive insights into vehicle usage and driver performance over time.

By integrating these features, the system not only enhances real-time monitoring and safety but also streamlines the process of data collection and submission to eTAS, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
