FreeStyle LibreLink - BR

Get glucose readings every minute.

The FreeStyle LibreLink app is designed for use with FreeStyle Libre and FreeStyle Libre 2 system sensors. You can monitor your glucose by simply scanning the sensor with your compatible smartphone. Users of the FreeStyle Libre 2 system can now receive automatic glucose readings directly within the app, updated every 60 seconds, along with optional alarms for low or high glucose levels. [1] [2]

With the FreeStyle LibreLink app, you can:

* View your current glucose reading, trend arrows, and detailed glucose history

* Receive optional low and high glucose alarms (available with FreeStyle Libre 2 system sensors) [2]

* Log notes to track meals, insulin doses, and physical activity

* Review insightful reports like Time in Range and Daily Patterns

* Securely share your glucose data with your doctor and family, with your consent [3]

SMARTPHONE COMPATIBILITY

Compatibility varies based on your specific smartphone model and operating system. For a full list of supported devices, visit http://FreeStyleLibre.com.

HOW TO USE THE APP AND READER WITH THE SAME SENSOR

Alarms can only be activated on either your FreeStyle Libre 2 reader or your smartphone—not on both simultaneously. To enable alarms on your phone, you must start the sensor using the app. To use alarms on the FreeStyle Libre 2 reader, start the sensor with the reader instead. Once started with the reader, you can still scan the same sensor with your phone for readings.

Please note: the app and reader do not sync data with each other. To get a complete picture of your glucose history on a specific device, scan the sensor with that device at least every 8 hours. Otherwise, your reports may be incomplete. You can consolidate and view data from all your devices by uploading it to LibreView.com.
