Application Description

MauMau, a German card game, is a variation of Crazy Eights. Played with a standard 32-card deck, each player receives a starting hand of 5 or 6 cards. The first player to exhaust their hand wins. Turns proceed sequentially, requiring players to match either the suit or value of the previously played card. Special cards add strategic depth: a seven forces the next player to draw two cards, an eight skips their turn, and a jack allows placement on any card, granting the player the ability to declare a suit preference.
