Key Features of the My Renault App:

1) Check and Manage My Car Information

• Easily access and manage your vehicle's information, including warranty status and reminders for consumable replacements.
• Quickly view your car's manual right from the app.
• Get personalized assistance through chat consultation (Angel Center Talk), connect directly to your car insurance call center, and stay informed with recall notifications.

2) Convenient Maintenance Reservation

• Monitor the real-time status of the maintenance network and book your service effortlessly through the app.
• Receive timely push notifications for consumable replacements and maintenance schedules.
• Get an estimate of costs, including labor, for some networks.

3) openR Link & openR Panoramic Screen

• Control various vehicle functions remotely through the app, such as starting the engine, adjusting the air conditioning, locking/unlocking doors, and operating the horn and lights.
• Locate your vehicle and send destinations directly to your car.
• Monitor your vehicle's status, including fuel levels, driving range, and total mileage, all within the app.

4) Membership and Owner Events

• Stay updated with the latest news, events, promotions, and discount opportunities.

As of April 3, 2024, Renault Korea's mobile app has been rebranded to My Renault, aligning with the Renault brand's global commitment to modernity and innovation.

Note that even if you choose not to grant optional access rights, you can still use the service, albeit without the corresponding functions.

• Location (optional): Used for current location tracking, finding your vehicle, route guidance, and making maintenance reservations.
• Photos and Videos (optional): Allows you to attach photos to email inquiries.
• Notification (optional): Enables the delivery of notices and event information.
• Nearby Bluetooth Device (optional): Necessary for the digital key function.
• Phone (optional): Facilitates phone consultations.

[Smartwatch App]

Starting September 1, 2023, the openR link remote control feature of the My Renault app has been extended to Galaxy Watch 4 and later models through the smartwatch app.

• Compatible with Wear OS v3.0 or higher.
• Ensure you log in to the My Renault app on your smartphone first and then run the watch app. Note that the app cannot be used if you are not logged into the smartphone app, not registered with openR link, or if your vehicle does not support openR link.
• Add tiles to your watch app for quick access to information.
