Pokémon Go now lets you join Raids from your friend list

Pokémon Go simplifies Raid joining via friends list! This minor but welcome update allows players to easily see if friends (Great Friends or higher) are in a Raid, view the boss Pokémon, and join without needing an invite.

For those preferring solo play, an in-settings opt-out is available. This change, detailed on the official Pokémon Go blog, streamlines the Raid experience, demonstrating Niantic's responsiveness to player feedback.

Solo Play Option: The update enhances social interaction but maintains the option for independent gameplay.
