Adin Ross Recommits to Kick, Hints at "Bigger" Plans

Popular streamer Adin Ross has definitively ended speculation about his future, confirming his intention to remain on the Kick streaming platform "for good." Ross's sudden absence from Kick earlier in 2024 fueled rumors of a potential departure, sparking considerable fan uncertainty. However, his recent return with a new livestream, alongside fellow streamers Cuffem, Shaggy, and Konvy, on the weekend of January 4th, 2025, marked a decisive shift. This marked his first stream in 74 days.

Ross initially joined Kick after a permanent ban from Twitch in 2023, becoming a key figure in Kick's rapid growth alongside other prominent streamers like xQc. While 2023 proved successful, his unexplained absence in 2024 led to widespread conjecture, including reports of a rift with Kick CEO Ed Craven. These rumors were dispelled during a December 21, 2024 livestream with Craven, where Ross explicitly stated his commitment to Kick. A subsequent tweet further solidified this commitment, promising a continued presence on the platform.

Beyond his return, Ross intriguingly hinted at "something even bigger" on the horizon. While details remain undisclosed, many fans speculate this relates to his Brand Risk boxing events, a project he previously intended to expand with Kick's support. Given past legal challenges with Misfits Boxing earlier in 2024 concerning unsanctioned events, the success of future Brand Risk endeavors will be closely watched.

Ross's decision is a significant boost for both his fanbase and Kick itself. Kick, co-founded by Bijan Tehrani, has aggressively pursued growth through partnerships with top-tier streamers, openly aiming to either surpass or acquire Twitch – an ambitious but potentially achievable goal given their current momentum.
