Aether Gazer's latest update, "Echoes on the Way Back," is here, bringing with it a wealth of new content available until January 6th. This major update introduces Chapter 19 Part II of the main story, alongside a captivating side story, "The Ibis and the Moon – Moonwatcher," hinting at pivotal turns in the narrative.
The star of the show is Verthandi, a new S-Grade Modifier. This light-attribute melee powerhouse boasts three distinct combat styles, allowing for adaptable gameplay. Choose between a defensive counterattacking style, a high-damage burst approach, or a sustained DPS strategy to best suit your preferences. Verthandi's backstory, intertwined with hyperspace experiments, adds depth to her character, revealing a past that fuels her unwavering dedication to protecting others.
This update also introduces exciting new Ultimate Skillchain Mechanics. Master new combos like "Light the Path: Phantasmal Dawn" (Hera & Verthandi) and "Thunder in the Hills: Roaring Thunder" (Thor & Shu). A new Sigil, "Cycle of Time," offers significant boosts. Equip a three-set for ATK boosts, Mod Index Multiplier increases, and Crit DMG buffs (with a 200% multiplier). Pair this with the new 5-star Functor, Elf – Geironul, to maximize Verthandi's damage output.
