In *Avowed*, Humans, also known as Folk, are the most prevalent race you'll encounter, both in the game world and in the character creator. As part of the broader Kith group, which includes various sentient and civilized species, Humans offer a broad range of customization options. The character creator provides numerous presets, along with detailed tools for customization. Players can choose from a variety of facial presets, adjust skin tones via a slider, and select from different hair textures, allowing for a personalized character that resonates with a wide audience.

Elves are another race available for selection in *Avowed*. Visually, Elves are very similar to Humans, with the main differences being slightly varied default facial structures and their signature long, pointed ears. Godlikes

A third, unique race option in *Avowed* is the Godlikes. Although all Envoys in the story are Godlike, players have the choice to either display or conceal these distinctive features. Several Races Present in Avowed Are Not Playable
