Honkai: Star Rail Version 2.7: "A New Venture on the Eighth Dawn" Arrives December 4th

Honkai: Star Rail's Version 2.7 update, titled "A New Venture on the Eighth Dawn," launches on mobile devices December 4th, concluding the Penacony arc before the Astral Express journeys to the enigmatic Amphoreus.

Final Preparations Before the Next Chapter

Version 2.7 brings the Penacony storyline to a close. Following Black Swan's suggestion, the crew prepares for their departure to the mysterious Amphoreus. While Himeko gathers intel on their next destination, the crew bids farewell to Penacony, reuniting with old friends and sharing poignant moments, culminating in a memorable Grand Theater performance.

This performance introduces two new characters: Sunday and Fugue. Sunday, the former head of the Oak Family, with the assistance of Wonweek, delivers a dazzling final act, fitting for the "Planet of Festivities." A 5-star Imaginary character, his Ultimate ability focuses on energy regeneration, bestowing the "Beatified" buff on a teammate and their summon.

Fugue, otherwise known as Tingyun, makes her reappearance following the harrowing events of Version 1.2. Having narrowly escaped death, she owes her survival to Madam Ruan Mei of the Genius Society. This 5-star Fire character excels at breaking enemy defenses. Her Ultimate unleashes a fiery attack, significantly reducing enemy Toughness and dealing substantial Fire DMG.

What Awaits in Version 2.7?

Version 2.7's warp events feature the return of General Jing Yuan and Firefly, available during the first and second halves of the event, respectively.

A new addition to the Astral Express is the Party Car—a stylish marble bar with a robotic bartender, offering a unique experience against the backdrop of the infinite Cosmos.

The "Cosmic Home Décor Guide" event lets players transform a storage room into their ideal space. Using Express Funds earned from completing tasks, players can collect furniture and design cozy areas, including bedrooms and bathrooms.
