How To Complete Hush, My Darling in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2

Instead of Kuttenberg City, embark on the "Hush, My Darling" side quest from Miskowitz in the Kuttenberg Region, located to the west of the city. It's time to showcase your blacksmithing prowess in *Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2*.

How to Complete "Hush, My Darling" in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2

Speak with Martha

Head to Miskowitz, a quaint village southeast of the Kuttenberg Region, and locate the house connected to the forge. Inside, you'll find Martha. Engage her in conversation and ask if she needs assistance. She'll mention needing someone skilled in blacksmithing. Respond with, "I'm a blacksmith! I'd be glad to help," to initiate the "Hush, My Darling" quest.

If you haven't yet, consider speaking with the bailiff about Matthew, who's part of the Dry Devil's group. Conveniently, the bailiff is standing near Martha, making it easy to find her using this marker.

Craft Horseshoes

You'll need two Farmer's Horseshoes, which you might have crafted earlier to level up your blacksmithing skills. If not, gather two pieces of Scrap Metal and head to the forge. After crafting the horseshoes, return to Martha.

Find Victoria

Screenshot by The Escapist. Martha instructs you to deliver the horseshoes to Victoria, who lives a short distance south of the forge. Upon arriving at her house, you'll discover she's not there. Instead, you'll find blood inside when you open the first door on the left.

Approach the blood and inspect it when prompted during "Hush, My Darling" in *Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2*. Return to Martha and report your findings. She suggests searching for Victoria at Sigismund's camp.

Sigismund’s Camp

Screenshot by The Escapist. The camp is located south of Opatowitz. If you're also tracking Matthew for the Dry Devil quest, you might encounter him on the path to the camp. At the camp, locate the blacksmith and inquire about Victoria. He'll mention a soldier named Black who took an interest in her. To find Black, head to the infirmary tent, as he's currently ill.

Screenshot by The Escapist. Black requires medicine before he'll assist you. Provide him with a Digestive Potion to treat his food poisoning. If you don't have one, craft it and return to administer it. Wait a couple of hours for the potion to take effect before he'll answer your questions.

Black reveals that he said some things to Victoria, suggesting she might have gone into the woods to the east. Follow the quest marker on your map to find her sitting on a stump.

Victoria is distressed, so engage her in conversation about the situation. Your dialogue choices here won't impact future events. However, if you made Black promise to look after Victoria, you can share this with her, offering her hope for the future.

This conversation marks the completion of "Hush, My Darling" in *Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2*. You can now proceed with the main quests or explore other side quests like "In Vino Veritas."
