The eagerly awaited Delta Force PC Alpha Test officially kicked off at around Aug 5, 9 p.m. EDT / 6 p.m. PDT. However, the developers announced on August 30 that the Alpha Test would conclude on September 8, or Sept 7, 8 p.m. EDT / 5 p.m. PDT for those in the United States.

Enthusiasts had several opportunities to secure their spot in the Alpha Test, including:

• Watching Delta Force streams on Twitch to earn Twitch Drops

Additionally, their official Twitter/X account frequently offered Alpha Test codes during special events and milestones.

July 24 Update: New Alpha Test Date Announced

Delta Force thrilled fans by announcing a rescheduled Alpha Test set for August 6, 2024. Participants had multiple ways to gain entry, such as through the official website, the Steam page, or by snagging keys via Twitch drops or giveaways. A notable giveaway on their Twitter/X account awarded codes to 100 lucky winners for the Alpha test.

July 16 Update: Alpha Test Postponed

During the pre-alpha test from July 11 - 15, the developers identified several critical issues that hampered gameplay for the limited number of players involved. As a result, they decided to postpone the scheduled July Alpha test to focus on fixing these issues and delivering the best possible gaming experience.

Delta Force was originally set to launch its Alpha Test on July 18, with no end date announced at the time. Fans could attempt to gain access through various channels, including:
