Is there a gay relationship in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2?

Yes, but it's a one-time encounter, not a sustained relationship. This occurs during the main quest "For Victory!" After arriving at Trosky Castle, interact with Black Bartoush and select the dialogue options:

  • "I reckon I know what you're getting at."
  • "Shall we spend the rest of the evening alone?"

Note: Choosing this option prevents interaction with other NPCs for the remainder of the evening.
