Etheria: Restart Prepares for Launch

Global Livestream on April 25

Etheria: Restart announced on Twitter (X) on April 21 that a global livestream will be held before the final beta test. The livestream will take place on the official Etheria: Restart YouTube and Twitch channels on April 25, 2025 at 21:00 (UTC-5). Etheria Restart is an upcoming free-to-play hero RPG featuring live arena battles in a futuristic sci-fi setting. Humanity confronts a catastrophic global freeze, compelling them to upload their consciousness into Etheria and coexist with entities known as Animus. However, the digital sanctuary now faces a new peril—the Genesis Virus, which corrupts Animus and makes them hostile.

As a Hyperlinker in the Hyperlinker Union, players must fight this viral threat and uncover its origins to protect both the virtual world and the remnants of humanity.

Developed with Unreal Engine, Etheria: Restart boasts high-quality graphics and cinematic sequences. Its gameplay involves strategic turn-based combat with real-time tactical control, along with a PvP arena for competitive real-time battles. The game includes a gacha system that allows players to acquire new characters using Hydra Crystals, obtainable through gameplay or purchase.

Final Beta Test Begins May 8, 2025

The final beta test is set to start on May 8, featuring the Anisync Echoes and Phantom Theater trial challenges, as well as real-time PvP (RTA) combat reminiscent of popular titles like Summoners War and Epic Seven.

Cross-play will be enabled during the beta, allowing players on mobile and PC to join the real-time arena, build powerful squads for challenging boss fights, and unlock new companions called "Shells."
