Explore Spider-Woman's Origins in New Marvel Contest of Champions Update

April is shaping up to be an exhilarating month for Marvel Contest of Champions enthusiasts, with the introduction of the captivating new champion, Spider-Woman. Jessica Drew, known as Spider-Woman, enters the fray on April 17th, bringing her unique spider abilities to the game. Her origin story is as intriguing as her powers; after being exposed to uranium as a child, her father, a brilliant geneticist, treated her with a blend of spider DNA. This unconventional treatment led to her recovery and the emergence of her spider-like abilities, ultimately transforming her into the Spider-Woman we know today.

On the narrative front, Act 9 Chapter 2, dubbed "Inquisition," unfolds with Carina suffering severe injuries after a clash with Ouroborus forces.
