Updated on January 14, 2025, by Nathan Round: As Fortnite Hunters evolves with each update, new Expertise Quests are added to keep players engaged. This guide now includes the latest Melee Expertise Quests, which, upon completion, allow players to purchase the formidable Typhoon Blade from Kendo.

Weapon Expertise Quests Explained

Weapon Expertise Quests are a fresh addition to Fortnite Hunters, intricately linked with specific NPCs on the map. Players kick off their journey with these quests by chatting with Hope, Ruji, or Agent Jones, who introduce the concept of Expertise and weapon sales. Each quest series comprises five stages of challenges. Completing these stages grants players access to one of three Legendary weapons sold by Hope, Ruji, or Vengeance Jones. New quests have also been introduced, allowing players to buy the Void and Fire Oni Masks from Daigo and the Typhoon Blade from Kendo. You can track these quests in the main lobby or in-game by navigating to the Quests Tab and selecting Expertise Quests.
