The initial stages of the Winterfest mystery are relatively straightforward. Your first task is to survive until you can speak with SGT. Winter and his friend Noir in Seaport City. Noir presents you with a more challenging case, asking you to follow a trail on the map.

This quest directs you to a mountain south of Brutal Boxcars, near where Mariah Carey can be found wandering. You'll need to locate and interact with three specific items in the area to follow the trail. Here's where to find them:

Dog Statue

The first item is a dog statue reminiscent of those at Snoop Dogg's mansion in Chapter 2 Remix. You'll find it near the top of a hill, right at the end of a wooden fence.

Microphone Stand

The second item, a microphone stand, awaits you at the base of the mountain, next to a metal fence on the road. Though it blends in, it will glow once you're close enough to interact with it.

Turntable

The final item, a turntable, is the most conspicuous. It's located down the road from the microphone stand, next to a kiosk.

After interacting with all three items, your next step is to find their owner. Ascend the mountain to a cabin, where you'll encounter Santa Snoop, a holiday-themed version of the rapper. Speak with him to gather the necessary information, then return to Noir to complete the first section of the Winterfest 2024 Quests.
