Early in Freedom Wars Remastered's main storyline, you'll need to locate the Cell Garden within your Panopticon. Once found, it serves as a safe haven for resource farming, offering a less hazardous alternative to standard operations.
While multiple Cell Gardens exist, accessing them follows a consistent pattern regardless of your game progress. Below, we detail how to locate any Cell Garden and explain its resource-gathering mechanics.
Where To Find Cell Garden Entrances in Freedom Wars Remastered
Mattias's request to investigate a ghost girl story initiates your Cell Garden search. Begin in Level 2's main cell block (2-A000). In the block's left corner, you'll find a small, elevator-like room. Interacting with it transports you to 2-E165 (Enzo's location).
From 2-E165, follow the right-hand wall to another small room containing a device leading to 2-G100. Repeat this process; the far room in 2-G100 houses the device that unlocks the Cell Garden.
This access method remains consistent across all levels. Unlocking the Quick-Travel Entitlement significantly reduces travel time. Post-main quest completion, access to any Cell Garden becomes unrestricted, though a specific Entitlement offers a considerable advantage.
Each device leading to the next area or the Cell Garden is clearly marked with a blue door icon.
How the Cell Garden Functions in Freedom Wars Remastered
The initial Cell Garden story mission differs from subsequent visits. Here's how it works outside of the main quest:
- A one-minute time limit is enforced.
- The room's layout changes each visit.
- Eight resources, depicted as small green orbs, are scattered throughout.
The Window on Liberty sells Entitlements to extend your Cell Garden stay. Some layouts present puzzles, increasing the time needed. The first upgrade, granting a two-minute limit, unlocks at CODE level 3.
