Genshin Impact is set to bring the heat with its highly anticipated 5.5 update, scheduled to release on March 26th. Titled "Day of the Flame's Return," this update introduces a brand-new volcanic region to Natlan, complete with a hidden city and additional features.
The centerpiece of this update is the massive Great Volcano of Tollan, where players can explore the Sacred City of Tollan—a mysterious structure built by the Dragonborn. As adventurers delve deeper, they will uncover the secrets surrounding the Flamelord's Blessing.
Adding to the excitement, Natlan welcomes its final tribe, the Tribe of Plenty, along with a formidable new Saurian called Tatankasaurus. Known for its immense strength, this creature can effortlessly crush large obstacles under its weight.
While navigating the treacherous volcanic terrain, players won’t face challenges alone. Two new characters join the roster: Varessa, a five-star Electro Catalyst user capable of dealing devastating Electro damage, and Iansan, a four-star Electro Polearm wielder who enhances attack power while healing teammates.
In addition to these thrilling additions, the update features a new seasonal event titled "Tournament of Glory in Bloom," along with Event Wishes and other exciting content.
