Although we hoped for a more significant generational leap in raw performance, the RTX 4070 Super was already a stellar card for 1080p and 1440p gaming. It launched at $599.99, which is just $10 less than this Gigabyte 5070 model. However, finding an RTX 4070 Super GPU at this price has become nearly impossible. The RTX 5070 not only looks and performs better than the RTX 4070 Super in games that support DLSS 4 and multi-frame generation but also offers more future-proofing thanks to ongoing driver optimizations.
