Getting Your Horse Back in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2
First things first: you can reclaim your original horse, Pebbles, in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2. Head south to Semine and find the horse trader NPC. But don’t expect him to hand over Pebbles without some negotiation. You'll have to pay with Groschen, or use your charm or intimidation skills to persuade him.
In my journey, I followed the main questline and worked with Radovan the blacksmith. This allowed me to acquire new clothes that made Henry resemble nobility. With my newfound noble appearance, I successfully convinced the trader to release Pebbles without cost, though it slightly damaged my reputation in Semine.
If persuasion doesn't work, be ready to spend those Groschen to get Pebbles back.
How to Steal a Horse
If you're feeling a bit more daring, you can take matters into your own hands and steal a horse. While wild horses are scarce, you can find them at farms or stables. A prime spot is Vidlak Pond in the west, where a farmhouse owned by fishermen houses two horses. Simply mount one and ride off into the sunset.
After securing your stolen horse, make your way to the Nomads’ Camp just to the east. Here, you can speak with the horse trainer NPC who will teach you how to saddle and tame your new companion. Remember, though, that you'll need to pay for this service.
Alternatively, if you're feeling rebellious, you can skip the training and just ride your horse as is.
And that's how you can get a horse in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2. For more tips and tricks, don't forget to check out The Escapist.
