Insomniac Games' new bosses have revealed the studio's plans after the founder's departure

Insomniac Games, the studio behind iconic titles like Spyro the Dragon, Ratchet & Clank, and Marvel's Spider-Man, is entering a new chapter. Founder and CEO Ted Price has strategically planned his succession, handing the reins to a seasoned leadership team before his retirement.

This new leadership structure features three CEOs, each with distinct areas of focus:

  • Jen Huang: Will spearhead company strategy, oversee partner projects, and manage operations. Huang emphasizes teamwork and collaborative problem-solving as core to Insomniac's success.

  • Chad Dezern: Will lead the creative and development teams, prioritizing the creation of high-quality games and their long-term strategic vision. Maintaining Insomniac's renowned game development standards is his primary objective.

  • Ryan Schneider: Will be responsible for communications, fostering relationships with other PlayStation Studios teams and partners like Marvel. He will also drive technological advancements within the studio and engage with the player community.

Development on Marvel's Wolverine continues. While Dezern acknowledges it's premature to discuss specifics, he assures fans the project aligns with Insomniac's commitment to excellence.
