The Pokémon TCG Pocket Lapras EX event is live, offering a limited-time opportunity to add this powerful card to your collection. This guide details how to obtain it.
How to Get Lapras EX:
Currently, the only way to acquire Lapras EX is by participating in the in-game event battles. These battles pit you against AI opponents using Lapras-themed Water decks. Your reward? Promo Packs! Each pack contains a single card, with a chance of containing Lapras EX, along with Mankey, Pikachu, Clefairy, and Butterfree. The drop rate for each card appears to be equal, but success depends on luck.
Maximize Your Chances:
- Focus on the Expert Stage: While all battle difficulties offer a chance at a Promo Pack, only the Expert stage guarantees one per battle, significantly increasing your odds.
- Auto-Farming: If you have a Pikachu EX deck, you can auto-battle even the Expert stage, making farming more efficient.
- Event Hourglasses: Completing all stages rewards Event Hourglasses, allowing you to replenish your stamina and continue farming.
- Limited Time: The event concludes on November 18th, so act quickly!
Future Options:
If you're unlucky and miss out before the event ends, remember that player trading is planned for a future update. This will provide another avenue to obtain Lapras EX.
