Marvel Rivals Sets February Release Date for The Thing and Human Torch

Get ready, *Marvel Rivals* fans! The Fantastic Four are almost complete. The Thing and Human Torch join the roster as playable characters on February 21, 2025, rounding out the team. This exciting launch coincides with the Season 1.5 update, promising major balance adjustments, as teased in a recent Dev Talk blog post on the official website.

While details on their abilities remain under wraps, Mister Fantastic and the Invisible Woman, introduced last month, significantly impacted the game's meta. Reed Richards' elastic powers and Sue Storm's invisibility mechanics brought unique gameplay elements. We eagerly await a glimpse of Ben Grimm and Johnny Storm's powers before their arrival.

The Season 1.5 update also includes a Ranked reset. On February 21st, expect a four-division rank drop. Future seasons will see a six-division drop, while mid-season updates will maintain the four-division decrease.
