Phantom X Version 2.1 Adds Summer Events

Following the expansive 2.0 update just three weeks prior, Persona 5: The Phantom X launches version 2.1. This summer-themed celebration dives into oceanic adventures, introduces a new Phantom Thief, and offers a treasure trove of rewards. The "Summer! Swimsuits! Sea Time! Part One" event runs until October 8th, transforming the game with a seaside school trip packed with minigames, seasonal collectibles, and exclusive event stages.

In version 2.1, players can explore limited-time stages like "Beach Mystery & Summer Festival." Completing battles here with specific characters boosts your reward yields. The "Shooting Challenge Event" tasks you with targeting pirates to earn Rare Seashells, Meta Jewels, and other valuable items. Advancing through the event unlocks additional support characters, further expanding your strategic options.

Beyond combat, the "Summer Memories" event, available until October 22nd, offers heartfelt side stories featuring Motoha, Riko, and Lufel. Completing a character's story unlocks an invitation to the Fireworks Festival, where you can use earned Fireworks Shells to create dazzling displays. The update also introduces the 5-star "Tropical Motoha," a summer variant of the Phantom Thief, to the Most Wanted Phantom Idol Contracts. As a Bless-type attacker, her power scales with HP recovery. Her third skill deals significant damage to all enemies and activates the "Summer Hype" state, empowering her abilities for the following turn and making her a formidable asset for any squad.
