Post Trauma, a retro-style survival horror game, has unveiled its official release date and a new trailer. Launching March 31st on PC (Steam), PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S, the game casts players as Roman, a tram conductor thrust into a surreal and terrifying world filled with nightmarish creatures.
Roman's journey is a confrontation with his deepest fears as he navigates this unsettling landscape. Players can choose between direct combat against the horrors or employ stealth and quick reflexes to evade detection.
Survival hinges on solving complex puzzles, utilizing a variety of weapons, or strategically avoiding certain threats, as not all monsters are hostile. The game boasts impressive visuals thanks to Unreal Engine 5, immersive sound design, and fluid gameplay.
Drawing inspiration from iconic titles like Silent Hill and Resident Evil, Post Trauma aims to blend nostalgic charm with modern horror elements. A playable demo is available on Steam until March 3rd, offering a taste of the full game releasing later this month.
