In the Showdown in Chinatown storyline, the notorious arcanist criminal Nightpiercer resurfaces in Los Angeles. Officer Liang Yue, assigned by the Vigiles Bureau, teams up with the Division of Arcane Affairs to take down Nightpiercer once and for all.

Liang Yue is featured in the limited-time "Moonbeam Guardian" Dushuo Limited Banner. Along with her, players can snag a free garment for the beloved character Windsong. Additionally, there are 40 free pulls available through various rewards and events, perfect for those aiming to add these top-tier characters to their roster.
