Zenless Zone Zero Version 1.5: Leaked Bangboo Dress-Up Event to Become Permanent Game Mode

New leaks suggest a permanent dress-up game mode is coming to Zenless Zone Zero in Version 1.5, launching January 22nd. The mode, revealed as a "Bangboo Beauty Contest," centers around customizing outfits for the game's mascot, Eous.

Version 1.4 introduced new S-Rank characters (Hoshimi Miyabi and Asaba Harumasa) and permanent combat-focused game modes. Version 1.5 appears to follow this trend with a non-combat addition. Reliable leaker, Flying Flame, shared screenshots showcasing various clothing items for Eous' customization. While the dress-up mode will become permanent, event-specific rewards will be time-limited. Rumors suggest this event may also introduce a long-awaited skin for Nicole Demara.

Beyond the dress-up event, speculation points to a temporary platformer game mode. HoYoverse, the developer, has a history of incorporating non-combat permanent game modes in other titles (e.g., Honkai: Star Rail's cocktail-making, Genshin Impact's TCG).

Version 1.5 is officially confirmed to include new S-Rank characters (Astra Yao and Evelyn), a new area, and a new chapter in the main storyline. Further details are expected soon.
