Pokémon Go Announces January 2025 Community Day Featuring Sprigatito!

Get ready, Pokémon Go Trainers! The first Community Day of 2025 has been announced, and it's all about the Grass Cat Pokémon, Sprigatito! Mark your calendars for January 5th.

From 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm local time, Sprigatito will be appearing much more frequently in the wild. This is your chance to catch plenty of these adorable Pokémon.

Evolving your Sprigatito during the event (or within the five-hour post-event window) into Floragato and then Meowscarada will unlock the powerful Charged Attack, Frenzy Plant. It will also permanently learn the Charged Attack, Flower Trick, making it a valuable addition to your team.

This Community Day event is packed with amazing bonuses:

• Triple Stardust and Double Candy: Catching Pokémon yields significantly increased rewards.
• Double Candy XL Chance: Trainers level 31 and above have a doubled chance of getting Candy XL.
• Extended Lure Modules and Incense: These will last for three hours each.
