Stalker 2: How To Open The Brain Scorcher Locked Door

The Brain Scorcher, a landmark location in the Stalker universe, also features in Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl. This guide details how to access a seemingly inaccessible Tamper-Proof Stash within a locked warehouse. Forget the key; this requires a bit of parkour!

Accessing the Brain Scorcher Warehouse

Locate the Brain Scorcher in the northern Malachite region. The Tamper-Proof Stash, marked on your map, leads you to a warehouse with a locked front door. Don't worry, there's a back way in:

  1. Circle the warehouse to the left, ascending the orange stairs to a pile of stacked boxes.
  2. Use the boxes to leap over the containers to the right, progressing to the next container cluster.
  3. Jump over the crane on your right, continuing past it until you reach the far end.
  4. Drop down onto the containers below and follow the winding path to an opening at the rear of the warehouse.

Inside, be cautious of trip mines guarding the Tamper-Proof Stash. Carefully disarm them before proceeding.

Looting the Stash and Exiting

The Tamper-Proof Stash, a large, already unlocked safe, awaits. Gather the ammo, medkits, and other valuable supplies. Exiting requires a little more ingenuity:

To open the locked warehouse door, proceed right from the power panel, moving further into the warehouse. You'll find a disabled generator amidst some boxes. Activate it to restore power. Once powered, return to the power panel near the entrance and flip the switch to unlock the door. Now you can exit the warehouse.
