⚫︎ SHIFT UP, the developer behind Stellar Blade, partnered with JND Studios to launch pre-orders for hyper-realistic 1/3 scale figures of EVE and Tachy on April 18. The Dual version, priced at $3,599, sold out within minutes, while limited stock remains for the individual EVE figure at $2,199. These stunning collectibles are set to be released in Q3 2026.

⚫︎ JND Studios announced they will produce officially licensed, hyper-realistic figurines of Stellar Blade's protagonist Eve and eighth boss Tachy. This collaboration with Shift-Up, initially revealed in July 2024, was confirmed on April 8, 2025, specifying the characters to be sculpted. These highly anticipated collectibles are expected to hit the market later this year.

⚫︎ During the latest State of Play, Shift Up revealed that Stellar Blade will be available on PC starting June 2025. Alongside this exciting news, the studio confirmed the launch of the Goddess of Victory: Nikke DLC in the same month, which includes a new boss battle, collectible dolls and stickers, and an exclusive outfit.

⚫︎ Shift Up Studio started the new year by gifting every employee a PlayStation 5 Pro console and a collective bonus of ¥1,000,000 (around $32,000). This generous move comes after the successful 2023 launch of Stellar Blade on the PS5, which garnered positive reviews, robust sales, and multiple nominations at The Game Awards.

⚫︎ Stellar Blade's protagonist, Eve, won the Best New Character category at the PlayStation Blog's Game of the Year 2024 Awards. Eve outshone competitors like Call of Duty: Black Ops 6’s Jane Harrow, Dragon Age: The Veilguard’s Emmrich Volkarin, and Rise of the Rōnin’s Ryoma Sakamoto. Other notable mentions included Metaphor: ReFantazio’s Strohl, Final Fantasy XIV: Dawntrail’s Wuk Lamat, and Helldivers 2’s General Brasch.

⚫︎ Stellar Blade is hosting a festive holiday event in Xion starting December 17, 2024. The city square and The Last Gulp gathering hall will be adorned with holiday lights, a vibrant Christmas tree, and seasonal decorations. Players can enjoy new BGM tracks, "Dawn (Winter)" and "Take Me Away," and participate in a holiday-themed mini-game for rewards.

November 26

⚫︎ Shift Up released a patch to address issues from the Stellar Blade x Nier Automata update. The update, which introduced Nier Automata-themed cosmetics and a new Photo Mode, had caused unexpected crashes and missing costumes. The hotfix improves Photo Mode stability and restores any missing Nier Automata outfits, ensuring players can enjoy the new content seamlessly.

⚫︎ On November 11, 2024, Shift Up Studio's technical director Donki Lee announced significant updates for Stellar Blade. A free update (version 1.009.001) added four new outfits, one accessory, expanded lip-sync support, and a new photo mode. Additionally, the first paid DLC, a crossover with NieR: Automata, was confirmed. This collaboration, led by Directors Kim Hyung Tae and Yoko Taro, reflects the mutual respect and creative synergy between the teams.
