Tactical Card Combat Game Ash of Gods: The Way Hits Android

Ash of Gods: The Way, a tactical turn-based card game, has launched on Android following a July pre-registration period shortly after its prequel, Ash of Gods: Redemption. This title blends strategic combat with deck-building mechanics within the Terminus universe.

Gameplay Overview

Set in the harsh world of Terminus, survival hinges on mastering "The Way," a brutal card game. Players assume the role of Finn, a young man seeking vengeance after his home and family are destroyed. Leading a three-person crew, Finn embarks on a quest to protect his homeland, participating in war game tournaments across enemy territory. Deck construction involves warriors, equipment, and spells from four distinct factions: Berkanan, Bandit, Frisian, and Gellians. The game provides diverse deck types, ranging from aggressive, fast-paced units to heavily defensive ones, allowing for strategic customization and upgrades.

Key Features and Appeal

Ash of Gods: The Way features a compelling, branching narrative with multiple endings, fully voiced cutscenes, and engaging dialogue. Choices made both in and out of combat significantly impact the storyline's progression. The Android version retains the acclaimed elements of the PC version, including its intricate plot and stunning visuals.

The game is available now on the Google Play Store. For more new Android game releases, check out our coverage of Auto Pirates: Captains Cup, a new title from the creators of Botworld Adventure.
