How To Find the Trader in Garbage in Stalker 2

Navigating the Garbage Zone in Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl

After leaving the Lesser Zone, your journey continues into the challenging Garbage area. Due to its distance from your starting base, encountering traders will take time.

Initially, quest markers won't directly guide you to the Slag Heap hub. Progressing the main storyline is necessary; specifically, completing the "Answers Come at a Price" quest unlocks its location. This involves visiting the Detention Center and Laboratory before meeting Scar.

The Slag Heap, situated north of the laboratory, is accessible earlier if desired. Here, you'll find two key traders:

  • Boozer: Located at the entrance, Boozer runs the bar, selling food and drinks while also buying various items. He's hard to miss.

  • Huron: Found by heading left and entering the open door on your right, Huron specializes in weapons and gear. His room also serves as your stash, allowing you to store extra items. Interacting with him initiates a side quest.

While not a trader, a Tech is also present in the Slag Heap, located at the back of the left corridor. A conversation with him is required for main quest progression.

Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl is currently available on Xbox and PC.
