Niantic has announced that Shroodle and its evolution, Grafaiai, will make their debut in Pokemon GO during the upcoming Fashion Week: Taken Over event. This exciting event kicks off on January 15, bringing not only these two new creatures but also a host of other features and bonuses for Pokemon GO enthusiasts to enjoy.
Shroodle, a Poison/Normal-type Pokemon, was first introduced in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. It's characterized by its disproportionately large head and eyes, which dominate its tiny body. At level 28, Shroodle evolves into Grafaiai, a lemur-like primate with distinctive large eyes and uniquely sized fingers on its hands. Both Pokemon have made cameo appearances in episodes of Pokemon Horizons, adding to their allure.
During the Fashion Week: Taken Over event, which runs from January 15 at 12 am to January 19 at 8 pm local time, Shroodle will be available from 12 km eggs. Players can evolve Shroodle into Grafaiai using 50 Shroodle Candy. The event will also see an increased presence of Team GO Rocket at PokeStops and in balloons, providing players with more opportunities to encounter and assist Shadow Pokemon in forgetting the Charged Attack Frustration with a Charged TM. Additionally, taking a snapshot during the event may lead to an encounter with Croagunk, decked out in a fashionable outfit.
