War Thunder is Dropping Its Firebirds Update With New Aircraft Soon!

Gaijin Entertainment's upcoming War Thunder update, "Firebirds," promises a thrilling addition of new aircraft and vehicles, launching in early November. This major update introduces iconic military aviation assets, significantly expanding gameplay options.

New Aircraft in War Thunder's Firebirds Update:

The update boasts a stellar lineup of aircraft, including the groundbreaking American F-117A Nighthawk stealth attack aircraft—a first for War Thunder. Its unique design, incorporating radar-absorbing materials and clever angles to deflect radar waves, made it a near-invisible force during Operation Desert Storm.

Also joining the fray is the powerful Russian Su-34 fighter-bomber and the formidable F-15E Strike Eagle. The F-15E, an enhanced variant of the classic F-15, features a significantly increased payload capacity (50% larger) and advanced ground target detection radar. Its arsenal includes a wide range of weaponry, from AGM-65 Maverick missiles and laser-guided bombs to JDAM and GBU-39 satellite-guided bombs (allowing for the deployment of 20 bombs simultaneously).

Beyond the Skies: Ground and Naval Additions:

The "Firebirds" update isn't limited to aircraft. New ground vehicles and warships are also included, such as the agile British FV107 Scimitar light tank and the powerful French battleship Dunkerque.

Aces High Season and More:

The new Aces High season is underway, offering players the chance to unlock unique vehicles, trophies, and rewards through season and Battle Pass completion. These rewards include aircraft like the Bf 109 G-14, F2G-1, and La-11, along with formidable ground units such as the T54E2 and G6, and ships like the HMS Orion and USS Billfish.
