In the Gran Shelt Kingdom, knights Rain and Lasswell, who grew up like siblings and shared a bond of friendship and rivalry, embark on a thrilling adventure. While on a routine airship patrol, they witness a shooting star and meet a mysterious girl named Fina, born from a Crystal. Entrusted with her wish, they journey to the Temple of the Earth, only to confront the formidable "Velius of the Darkness," an armored enemy intent on destroying the "Crystal of Earth." Overwhelmed by Velius's power, Rain accidentally shatters the crystal, setting him and Lasswell on a quest to protect the remaining crystals scattered across the world.

Their journey is enriched by the colorful characters they encounter in each region: Lido, a girl with dreams of crafting a "flying boat"; Nikoru, a warlord in the city of water; Jake, leading an anti-government force in the fire country; and the wise Sakura, who appears younger than her 700 years. Amidst their travels, they meet another entity, "Majin Fina," a counterpart to Fina with no memories. With the help of their allies, Rain and Lasswell confront Velius and uncover the truth behind Velius's desires and the long-missing Regen, Rain's father.

As Velius aims to destroy all crystals and bring about the world's end, the fate of the world rests on Rain and Lasswell's shoulders. Can they overcome the darkness, safeguard the crystals, and save the world? This is the heart of the new crystal story.
