Selecting a Body Part:

1 - Navigate through the dropdown list to select a body part.
2 - Alternatively, directly click on a body part to select it.

Adjusting the Pose of a Body Part:

Step 1: Select the desired body part.
Step 2: Use the intuitive scroll bars to adjust the pose, including twist, front-back, and side-side movements.
